ASME VIII-1 APPENDIX-2 Thickness of hub

Hello,

When there is no hub like ring type flange. Can I use "0" for g0 and g1
which are,
g0 = thickness of hub at small end
g1 = thickness of hub at back of flange

Thank you for your time.
