When looking at RT film for Carbon Steel (UCS) on a vessel weld when pertaining to porosity. Is the acceptance criteria for porosity size under Appendix 4 4-3 Acceptance Criteria?
If yes, then why is Table 4-1 labeled as an example chart only?
