ASME Section VIII Div. 1 Code Question

I have heard from different people around my area stating that you can stop the ASME Section VIII at *insert word*. Where in the code book can I find this information. I looked through the index/table of contents and must be overlooking it. Would one of you wonderful sirs point me in the right direction on where to find it?
