ASME Section 1 relief valve on non-steam side

Hello all-
I'm sizing a pressure relief valve on the non-steam producing side of my ASME Section 1 boiler. My entire boiler (shell and tube) are rated as ASME Section 1 per the U-1 form. However, does the non-steam side relief valve have to comply with Section 1 (106% accumulation, etc)?
