ASME SEC VIII DIV 1,Normalized material

Dear All,

Pressure Vessel as per ASME SEC VIII DIV 1,Vessel Size is Dia 2m and length (Tan to Tan )4m. Wheather All materials used for pressure components shall be normalized?? is there any code requirement for that?
