ASME I Capacity Change

I've been told that the PSV capacity calculations from Section I changed at some point from 10*(Heating Surface Area) to (Boiler output in Btu/hr)/1000 as it's now written in PG-67.2.1.4.

Does anyone know at about what edition that change occurred?

Never mind, people. From my research into the old Codes, it seems that my colleague was thinking of ASME IV Table HG-400.1.
