Hi
I want to know how we can consider the Kf value for non-welded t -piece for Fatigue Evaluation by smooth bar method .

Or otherwise how to evaluate non welded structures?

Thank you

What do you mean by “non-welded”?

Like a t piece with Radius (extruded) at the junction.

If there is no weld, then Kf=1.0.
