ASME BPV Section VIII Div 2 Buckling

I am starting to mess with Div 2 calcs and my software (PVElite) is telling me that my λc is greater than 1.2 and to check 4.4.12.2(h). I can not find where in Part 4 it shows how to calculate λc. Once I know how then I can try to change my design to meet the code requirements. Anyone know where this calculation is?
