ASME B31.3 - pipe spools

Hi,
We have been asked to make some pipe spools with slip-on flanges at each end of the same diameter as the pipe.
The code that we have to make to is ASME B31.3.
I understand from the code that I am supposed to x-ray 5% of butt welds (for each welder) but with slip-on flanges there is no butt weld to x-ray.
What do I do / where do I look to, in order to work out the NDT requirements.
Obviously if I used weld neck flanges I would get a butt weld that could be x-ray's, but the client wants slip-on's, so this would not be a solution.
Any help would be appreciated.

What is your problem? RT is not required. Visual inspection is.

Thank you for the advice.
I think that my problem is that I am not understanding why RT is not needed.
Para 341.4(b)(1) says 5% RT for butt and mitre groove welds, which is good specific instruction, however, I can't see a similar specific instruction that would apply to the fillet welds of a slip-on flange.
I guess it is always possible that I am miss-understanding the code book, or simply not reading the right paragraph in the right way !!
