the area that is under minimum wall must fit in a circle with a diameter of 0.35*SQRT(do*to)
do = the inner diameter (per the rules defined in the paragraph)
to = the minimum wall
So lets say your inner diameter is 12" and your minimum wall is 3"
3*12 = 36, sqrt(36)= 6
6*0.35 = 2.1
So if you draw a circle around the area on the casting that is under the required minimum wall section that circle must be less than or equal to 2.1" in diameter.
