ASME B 31.8 - Maximum thermal expansion stress range

Under ASME B 31.8 code, we were trying to analyze a system for expansion stress case from Maximum Design Temperature to Minimum Design Temperature (Complete thermal stress range Load Case). - Software used is Caeser II

In stresses extended report, The Allowable stress and stress ratio is found to be Zero for all the elements in ASME B31.8 code in this load case.

However in stress summary report, the maximum stress ratio is shown as 999.

Has anybody encountered this issue before ?

I have same problem. I don't know how I can deal with this problem.
