In the MFRS Directional Procedures, there are 4 load cases specified. Case 3 has 0.75Wx +0.75Wy.
If you use the Envelope Procedure Part 2, do you still have to use the .75Wx + .75Wy or do the pressures in the table account for the orthogonal loads?
