For a building that is less than 60 ft tall, can equation (6-17) of ASCE 7-05 be used or is it required to use equation (6-18)?

The first equation is for buildings of all heights whereas the second is for buildings < 60ft tall. The wording in the code is confusing as it states: "Low-Rise Building: Alternatively, design wind pressures for the MWFRS of low-rise buildings SHALL be determined by the following equation: (6-18)."

I am more familiar with figures 6-6 and 6-8, but wanted to verify whether or not I should be suing figure 6-5.

Buildings of all heights generally means...buildings of all heights. You can use either.
