I am calculating the wind load on individual members for an exterior steel frame (open building).

Using ASCE 7-05 section 6.5.15 "design wind loads on other structures," does the force coefficients include the windward and leeward wind against the face of an individual member?

No. This section is for 'other structures' so it's likely that not all structures that fit into this category can develop internal pressures.

Yes. Design wind force "F" for other structures (per Section 6.5.15) includes windward and leeward pressures.

I severely misread the question; there's no mention of internal pressures anywhere in the original post, so disregard my earlier post. I blame it on the lack of coffee this morning.. I agree with Hokie, it includes both leeward and windward pressures.

I usually use a Cf=2.0(total) on all exposed members....
