As shown in the picture, the green line marks:
Does it mean:
For side elevation, consider "handrail area+stringer section", but how many stringers need to be counted? All or only the one in the front?
For end elevation, consider "50% of stair flight gross area" not "50% gross area of staircase".
Or "50% of gross area" applicable to both end and side elevations?
