Can anyone help me find a web site that has information on this old standard?

ASME B18.3? If so, it is not so old as you said, and the latest edition is 1998 Edition, a Revision of ASME/ANSI B18.3-1986, and pretty fresh.

Thanks for your reply. Your thoughts stimulated a little digging in my company records. As a result I believe that my company has been referencing the wrong standard. ASME 18.13a is the correct standard.

Thanks
