AS3700 RF1 & RF2 factors

Hi guys,
Would really appreciate some help with this one.
AS3700 clause 7.4.4.2 calls up RF1 as "restraint factor for the first supported edge" and similarly RF2 as "restraint factor for second supported edge".
Does anyone know which are edges are the "first" and "second" edges?
This makes a big difference in table 7.5 for cases 5 & 6 (with openings)
