In AS1170.1, 3.7.2, dynamic factors are specified for vertical actions. Is this intended to be the load factor for ULS design or is it an additional factor to that determined for an imposed action by AS1170.0 Sect 4. e.g. for a reciprocating machine do we use Dynamic factor x Load Factor =1.5 x 1.5=2.25 ?
