I have to design a underground tank per Australian standard AS3735. Here, minimum reinf. per section 3- has to two options one for unrestrained and another for fully restrained.
The fully restrained values are really high. Now, my concern how to differentiate between restrained vs unrestrained members.
Does both wall and slab are restrained if the size of tank is 5mx5m in plan and 4m in hight?
Any experience or suggestion will be highly appreciated.
