Arrangements in JT Visualization

Yes, if you in the customer defaults - teamcenter integration- General - Assembly have the option Synchronize assembly Arrangements ON. (else Teamcenter does not get the arrangement information.)
and then in TC you open the assembly in the structure manager, Open the viewer, you can change the arrangement, Tools - Arrangement - View/ set current.
