This may be more of a Mcafee question, but how do you modify Mcafee to ignore macros in SW? Mcafee used to only pop up whenever I started SW, but now whenever I run some macros that I have used for a long time, such as a Save-as-PDF macro I get the message: "A suspicious script has been detected".
I am running SW 2005, and Mcafee is set up to auto-update. I think it is one of the latest updates that caused Mcafee to start giving these new warnings.

Is there an "Always allow this script" option available to shut that off?

I switched away from McAfee as soon as my subscription expired and the strong-arm messages popped up every (literally) ten seconds warning me that my virus definitions were out of date. Had to uninstall to make that noise stop. Never again.

Reality is no respecter of good intentions.

We use McAfee at my workplace, as well as SW2005, and we have had no such problems. It sounds like your McAfee settings need to be adjusted.

Thanks to both of you. I decided to dig a little deeper, and in the advanced options there is a "Script Stopper" tab, all I had to do was uncheck a checkbox.
