Arc spray with organic cover

Hi, I have to aply a corrosion protection to a tank which will work with H2S. I was thinking about an arc spray cover with some organic cover paint. My doubt is about the thckness that I hace to give to the arc spray protection.
Is 1mm an adequate thickness? ; Is Zn a good option for the metallic liner?

And for the organic cover..What about Protec II or CC4000?
Epoxi Novolac?
