i am currently doing an electrical maintenance apprentiship but feel im not learning enough and not at the level i should be as a 3rd year.what should i know ? and what should i be learning?
any advice would be welcome

Study engineering at night school. Your apprenticeship will pay the bills and give you valuable field experience while you work towards a degree or diploma. You will probably be much happier in the long run if you find the education you want yourself, but don't denigrate the experience you are now gaining as an apprentice.
