Per attached sketch I have 2 code related questions

1) GEN 1 (800KW) Main breaker is more than 25 FT from Gen output Terminals is this acceptable ?

2) When MTS has selected LOAD to be supplied from GEN 2 (350KW) THE GEN 2 power passes through 1200A Breaker located in GEN 1 compartment. IS this allowed?
