Applicable CSA B139?

Hi, Anyone knows to review the existing fuel tank compliance with standard, Which CSA B139 is applicable? Latest CSA B139-19 or the standard at the time of installation eg. CSA B139-06?

For other items, it's usually the code in effect at the time of the original installation. This should be adequate unless there was something significant added to the code due to 'new' information. Check to see what code the client wants compliance with and note in your report that it may vary from the applicable one.
