We are going to be installing a field laboratory in an existing plant. API RP 753, Annex A, Clause A.3.1 excludes field laboratories from site evaluation, but we are getting hung up on the definition of "intermittent" in the clause. Does anyone have a good definition of intermittent as it would apply here?
