API 653 Allowable Edge Settlement Graphs

The 2013 addendum of API 653, Annex B has two graphs that are used to find the allowable edge settlement. They are Figures B.11 and B.12. Does anybody know the equations of the lines on those graphs? I have tried calling and emailing API, but haven't heard back yet.
