API 620

Hi All,
I'm designing a small tank with Flat Bottom ( less than 10 ft Diameter) at more 10 psig Presuure design,
So I know API650 is applicable only for max 2.5 psig, and API 620 is for large tank (typicaly more than 300 ft),
the question is can I use API 620 for this small tank?

You can use API 620 for your tank. It is the Code I would use for a tank with your 10 psi design pressure.

I have designed any number of API 620 tanks, but I don't think any exceeded 100', and most were under 50'.

API 620 is not normally used for tanks over 300', not sure where that came from.
One thing is that API-620 is specifically for field-erected tanks, and unlike API-650, does not have a handy appendix for shop-built tanks.
The main item this affects is some of the testing, which is normally done after anchor bolts are attached.

I blieve the OP mistakenly believes that API 620 is only used for large LNG Storage tanks. I have been involved with constructing API 620 tanks of 10 ft diameter as well as those over 250 ft diameter. Additional requirements of course are mandated for LNG storage.
