API 617 7th edition vs 8th edition (Complete unit test)

Hello everyone

Can anyone tell me the major differences between API 617 7th edition vs 8th edition, especially about the point of the complete unit test 'string test'.

As far as I can remember,
API617 7th suffered from a lack of definition in regard to 'complete unit test' (especially in view of auxilliaries -> define).
And sadly, if my memory is correct, 8th edition came in with just a copy paste of what 7th edition required in regard to complete unit test.
