API 581, Level III

We are trying to set up procedures for completing API, Level III assessments and have been trying to work through the API 581, Appendix C, Level III Workbook. Mostly it has gone okay until we reach Part C.4, Business Interruption Calculations, Line 7.

How are we supposed to estimate the potential for a flammable event from the equipment damaging neighboring critical equipment? Obviously the referenced Table 7.21 is not correct.

Any ideas on how to complete this line would be appreciated.

We have the same problem with API 581, there are a lot of mistakes. Can you find something document about which are the righ Tables?
