API 2S Offshore Wildlass Wildcat design 1

Can anyone direct me to publications interpretting this standard. The directives to the design of the whelps is not clear. Not all is dimensioned and a lot of dimensions are very vague due to cluttered drawings in the standard.

How about API themselves? They have technical support and often have a chapter set up close by.
