Hello,
I would like to get your opinion or knowledge, about my issue as follow:
Based on api 14c there are nine(9) undesirable event such as High Pressure, under pressure, liquid over flow and …. I think in addition to these nine undesirable event there are another two undesirable event that API 14c has missed that. These two are 1.high flowrate and 2.low flowrate. In the other hand if high pressure is undesirable event therefore high flow rate also could be an undesirable event. What is your idea about my issue? are you agree with me? Why api 14c has not considered high flowrate and low flowrate as undesirable event?
