API 14.3 Codes - Looking for Orifice Plate Inspection Go/No Go Criteria? 1

API 14.3 codes should have the requested inspection criteria but can anyone tell me which of the four parts contains this information?

The word 'inspection' occurs about 20 times in Chapter 14, Section 3, part 2 - Specification and Installation Requirements. So that's 14.3.2
