I have a PQR of the pipe API 5L X56, WITH: Øext.: 14" AND 3/8" thickness, what thicknes can i weld with this PQR?

In 6.2.2
the second group :

2) Nominal Pipe wall thickness from 0.188 in. through 0.75 in

Then all thickness in this limits we could weld.
