Anyone had an online CNC training coarse?

(Like toolingu.com)I was wondering if they actually work and couldn't find any reviews about them. I have the mathmatics and used to know G&M codes, but after not really using it for 5+ years, I've pretty much forgot.

I'd like to take a lab coarse or something around here but finding one that works with my schedule and within a reasonable distance is tough.
