i had problems whit the repair of an oscilloscope due to that semiconductor, it`s behavior is like a Dual matched fet but i can`t find any replacement for it. if anyone have some specification, please let me know.

Please post more information, e.g., the type of circuit the device is used in, what type of package, etc.
