Anybody know what EASA is doing with TCAS V7.1

This post relates to European TCAS- Traffic Collision Avoidance System regulations for heavy jets.

I try to keep tabs with EASA's progress on this. Their published plan says they expected to release a final rule Q4 2010.

It would affect anybody operating through most of European airspace. So far I haven't seen anything. Anybody know what's up with the schedule?

I'm not looking forward to the extra work, just juggling configurations and modification plans.
