Hello all,

Does anyone know any type of paint/primer/whatever that can be sprayed on top of carbon fabric, without altering the resin infusion properties and mechanical properties (fiber/resin adherence, resin strength, and so on...)? I would like to "draw" the shape of the carbon/epoxy samples on top of the laminate before the infusion, in order to make the cutting process easier. I hope my question is clear enough... ;-) Thanks in advance!

Silver colored Sharpy markers are generally used for marking uncured prepreg.

Thanks for your tip, I'm going to try it. I have already tried white colored Sharpie Paint, but the "ink" seems to impregnate the fibers and almost disappear.

@CompositePro

Silver Sharpie works great! Thanks a lot...
