Any one used SHAKE91

I am trying to plot out the rock motion after running SHAKE91 and compare it with the actural motion I input, they don't match and have a frequency switch, any body know why?

You may be comparing an "outcropping" rock motion to a "within" rock motion. Shake converts an "outcropping" motion to a "within" motion for the analysis. The "within" motion will generally have lower amplitudes as a result of confinement from the overburden.
