Any experience re. Aras PLM software?

Hallo everybody

Any experiences or knowledge to share about the Aras Innovator PLM software? They recently went open source with the software “free” to use (as I understand one only pays for support). How would it compare with say UGS Teamcenter? Did anyone experience their support during implementation and thereafter? (outside of USA?).
