Hello guyZ!!!

I am working on a camera related project and I need some ideas on HOW TO REMOVE FOG, stuffs like that, from the camera lense. I know that we need heat at some point to dry it but how I can do it?
If anyone knows what I am talking about, i am looking forward to hear from you. any suggestions:))))

Thank you.

It depends on the degrees of freedom available for modifications and cost considerations. The general rule of thumb is that you need to ensure that the optics are above the dewpoint of the surrounding environment.

Many heating options are available:
> Heater blanket around the optics
> Hot air circulation
> Resistance heaters mounted around the lens
> Photolithographically deposited heater grids directly on a window.
> For IR with germanium windows, you can directly apply power to some forms of germanium and cause the element to heat internally.
