Hi,
A friend of mine is designing a garden "torch".
the way his design is workong is that he bubbles gas (LPG, butane or propane) through water and he ignites this giving a nice flame comming from the surface of the water in a pot.
He is now facing a problem, the temperatures are below zero (C) and the water is freezing up on him. He asked me if I knew a solution for this problem.
I'm thinking of using MPG or MEG as antifreeze (or engine coolant from a store), but I'm not sure if this is safe enough re. flamability.
I would like your comments and ideas about this.
The supply is done with a certified hose and is equiped with a pressure regulator and flame arrestor.
