Hello, I'm new to Ansys Workbench and I am currently studying an assembly of cylindrical components. One cylinder is split into 3 sections with the seams running along the axial direction. The faces of the cylinder sections are joined along the seams by symmetric bonded contact. When I solve and look at the results, the stress appears discontinuous across the seam (as in an immediate drop of 6 ksi across the seam.) I would appreciate any help on how to remedy this. Thanks.
