ANSYS Composite Layer Output Question

I have modeled a basic 1-element model with pressures on the edges and a thermal gradient. There are 40 layers of the same material but at various fiber orientations.

I was just curious if there is a method I can use to get the output such as sigma_x for each layer without having to change the layer and then output each one individually. I would like to be able to output all of the sigma_x values for all 40 layers and be able to view it as a text file or space delimited file to import into Excel.

Does anyone have any ideas on how this can be done?

Absolutely! But you need to know a little APDL in order to do so. If this is something you only need to do once or twice just use brute force. If it's something you'll be doing repeatedly I'd take a little bit of time to browse through the APDL section of the documentation to create a macro which does as you request. If you know FORTRAN or any other scientific programming language it should come rather easily.
