ANSI Z21.1 Section 2.28

This is a very dumb question. I manufacture labels for industrial applications and a furnace manufacturer is asking me to test my products with ANSI A21.1 section 2.28. From what I know, Z21.1 is for CO and other emissions but could not find what the 2.28 section is about and I'm not sure if this applies for a label. Could anyone please give me a description of this section?
