ANSI standard screw length 1

First post here, but love this site...

I don't have access to my reference manuals for a while, but i need to know what the length tolerance for ANSI inch standard pan-head machine screws is. Specifically for 5/8" length. Am i correct in assuming that it's +0/-X ?

Per my old 1970 copy ANSI B18.2.1
it shows
-.02 (0000 thru 00 nominal size)
-.03 (0 thru 3/4 nominal size)
