ANSI Specs. for Flutes on Self Drilling / Tapping Screws

I'm trying to draw accurate self drilling / tapping screws. I easily found the specifications for the different heads and threads, but I can't find any specifications for flute(s). Can anyone help me find these specs?
I'm drawing the screw in SolidWorks 2003 in case anyone has 3D screw I can look at.
