ANSI B16.11 threaded Connections

Please advise requirements of ASME B31.1 or B 31.3 threads pressure rating when the thread is taper to taper AMSE B1.20.1. Service if for instrument connections. Are there any special requirements for fatigue service arising from a triplex plunger pump?

There should not be much of a problem with instrument connections. If you do a calculation you will probably find that you don't need a very long thread to hold the pressure.
