when analyzing a plate with its aspect ratio larger than 100(nearly 1000),which element type is more appropriate, solid95,solid45 or shell63?

What do you mean by aspect ratio? Thickness to length or ratio of lengths? If it's thickness to length then I would say shell63. If it's ratio of lengths I would use a beam element.
