Another Jazz Pianist Gets to Play in the Band in the Sky

bigH you heard the news before I did, indeed the 'Maestro', as Cedar Walton was known, was one of the main hard bop performers and among the top jazz pianists, those absolutely to hear and one of the best in the interpretation of latin rythms (aside the Cubans of course).
This is one of his best known compositions, 'Ojos de Rojo', played with a big band (his solo starts at 4:00)
And this is his other historical composition, 'Bolivia'

The problem I face here, McCoy, is that our internet access service is governed by company/client internet policy which means no videos - unless you can get them in an around about way (such as a new station's video). I'll keep this in mind when I visit Penang or KL next.
Ah sorry BigH, I realize now it's sort of like showing candies to a kid from an inaccessible store, lol, I'll keep that in mind next time. I have similar restrictions in my government job, actually that's necessary since download is pretty slow even without congesting the bandwidth with video and audio files...
